Main Street Art Presents First Friday, Back to School Night. Introducting Young Filmakers Series: Enjoy humorous, short, family friendly films by local young filmmakers Chloe & Sam Baker in our very own theatre! Chloe & Sam have been writing, directing, and producing short films in and around Cecil County for the past couple years. Also on display is original artwork by Elkton High School's Fine Arts Students. Don't forget to stop by the other venues in the Arts and Entertainment District, Art Space on Main will be open with their Friday Night Happy Hour for Children, and ArtistiKris will be open to show you artists at work in their studio. Don't forget to stop by our other Downtown Merchants and Restaurants like Shadows Subs, Brother's Pizza, Howard House, and Pub on Main.

Union United Methodist Church Relay For Life Team "One Life At A Time" will be hosting a Garden Railroad Open House on Monday September 6th from 12:00 p.m.until 5:00 p.m. at 2618 Blue Ball Road, Elkton, MD. Admission is free. A good will offering would be greatly appreciated. Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. We invite you to bring your Cameras or Video Recorders.
